Welcome Linda, Jenny, and Katy to the Hop Bombshells!

Chelsea is hosting a Hop Bombshells Club Brew Day on Sunday, March 23. We will be brewing a pale ale of some sort. We will discuss the details about the Big Brew in our March meeting.

  • 5 gallon brew pot, no spigot
  • Polarware 10 gallon brew pot with spigot

To follow-up with the yeast lecture, we have an experiment, cider yeast tasting:

  1. Bucket fermenter from Hop Bombshells (get from Jamie at Beer Nut)
  2. Airlock for fermenter
  3. Yeast, pick your favorite yeast or something you want to try

  5. Attach airlock containing water/starsan (whatever you usually put in an airlock)
  6. Ferment in the dark until our meeting
  7. Bring hard cider to Hop Bombshells meeting, check our website hopbombshells.com for details
